Room hire

Our room hire charge includes the room only. We also offer a range of catering and AV options to enhance your event. Contact us for more detailed information.

Yes, we do offer a Day Delegate Package, it includes: Room hire, Projector and screen, Wifi access, Arrival tea, coffee and pastries, Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits, Working lunch, Afternoon tea, coffee and chef’s cake selection, Mineral water, Notepads and pens.

Unfortunately there is no parking available on site, however, there are local car parks and restricted street parking available. We are just a few minutes from South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations and within easy reach of London Victoria Station.

Yes. Our venues are accessible, although some rooms and spaces are restricted. (e.g 170 Queen’s Gate due to its listed status). Please contact our team for more information.

We are licenced to run events until 11 p.m. Events can be extended, please enquire with our venues team.

Facilities and service hire

We don’t allow external catering however you can use your own suppliers for other products and services. Contact our team to find out more.

Yes. A range of food and drink options are available and bespoke food and drink packages can be arranged. Contact us for detailed information about our catering options.
