COVID-19 update

It is with regret that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Imperial Venues will no longer be open to host events this summer. The health and safety of our customers and staff is our priority and, unfortunately, we are no longer able to operate our catering and events facilities during the summer period.

The venues team have contacted all customers who have already made a booking for this year to either move their booking to 2021 or to arrange a full refund. If you have not heard from us, please contact us using the contact form on our website, or by emailing the team at venues@imperial.ac.uk.

We are currently taking bookings for 2021 and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your forthcoming event in more detail. Please contact a member of the venues team to discuss your options.

Our team is currently working at reduced capacity and we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you in the future.
