Imperial College London has taken an active role in tackling the COVID-19 pandemic with nearly two thousand key workers helping keep our essential services running and supporting essential COVID-19 research. More than one thousand members of staff and hundreds of students are volunteering to support the NHS. We have converted labs for NHS COVID-19 testing, including one able to handle 1,500 samples per day.
With all the essential work taking place on our campus and all the professional advice we have received from our dedicated Imperial Researchers and Public Health England (PHE), we understand how important it is to provide a safe environment for all of our clients on campus.
We have aligned our practices with the wide variety of activities happening at Imperial in response to COVID-19.
Please see below for further information on how Imperial Venues strives to offer the best event service during these uncertain times. We look forward to hosting your events in 2021.
We understand that it is difficult to commit to an event without knowing what is going to happen in the upcoming months. To make this commitment easier, we have introduced new flexible terms and conditions.
Enhanced cleaning schedules, contact tracing, infection control measures and social distancing signage are among the list of changes and improvements we have made to our service in order to keep you safe.
Our virtual tours will allow the Venues team to guide you around our campus whilst discussing your event requirements, ensuring you can visualise your event and understand how it will run on the day.
We are dedicated to providing you with a bespoke service no matter how big or small your event is. If you have any queries, contact us and we will be happy to talk you through the measures that have been put in place.
